Towels, oh towels, what a delight they were! Soft, fluffy, and plentiful - it's like I was swimming in a sea of luxurious fabric! Thank you for sparing no expense on these tiny pieces of heaven.
Who needs sleep anyway? It's not like I wanted to rest peacefully with all the noise from the neighboring guests blaring through the paper-thin walls.

Clean check-in, 11 am checkout, helpful Susan, intact facilities, prime location. Friendly wait, perfect advice, would return. Nice apartment, good location, close transport, smaller than photos, worked for 7. Lovely garden, not cleaned for season. Comfortable townhouse, eight guests, well decorated, lemon tree surprise. Convenient neighborhood.

My stay at the Nine Elms Residence was perfect. The house was clean and tidy, decorated beautifully. It comfortably accommodated all of us, with enough space for eight guests. The backyard was a pleasant surprise, complete with a real lemon tree. The lady who greeted us was lovely and even waited patiently for us when we were running late. She gave us great advice on where to go in the area. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
I must mention a couple of minor drawbacks. It would have been nice to find more than one roll of toilet paper and an extra tablet for the dishwasher.

Despite a couple of issues, our Christmas stay was overall enjoyable. The house was nicely decorated and well cleaned upon arrival. The prime location allowed us to easily access nearby amenities, such as a Sainsbury's. the accommodation comfortably fit our large group of 6 adults and 2 children.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the wifi was a constant struggle, and the outdated instructions didn't help.

stayed at a lovely townhouse in a prime location. Clean and well-appointed. Great backyard with a lemon tree. Susan was helpful during check-in. Conveniently close to Sainsbury's.
Noisy floorboards in one of the bedrooms.

We had a lovely stay at this place, which was conveniently located just 2 km from Westminster Abbey, and the parking facility was a huge plus.
